She holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Justice and Social Work and a Master’s in Social Work, making her well-equipped to handle a range of issues like anxiety, depression, grief, and addiction.
Mallery's expertise covers various areas, including domestic and interpersonal violence, mental health issues, brain injury (TBI and ABI), and addictions and substance use including recovery. Her extensive background in emergency crisis intervention and working with public safety personnel—including police, fire, EMS, and communications workers—highlights her deep understanding of the challenges faced by first responders including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). She also provides support to the spouses, significant others, and adult children of first responders and public safety personnel.
